Easy to use
This software imports data from previous years. Also, you have the option (with the exception of Copy A) of printing the forms without using pre-printed ones. It will print all the boxes. I like that. I wasn't successful in using it to submit forms electronically. And the other issue I had was when I needed to void and correct a form.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
I previously used and never had issues with Adams Tax Form Helper, but switched due to cost and am sorry I did. This has been a nightmare. Tried to use my 5 free efiles and sign into the site and it doesnt carry any information over. Plus No indication that I have 5 free efiles. The online tutorial is useless. I did everything it says and it just tells me the 1099s ...

Better than Tax Form Helper
Better than Tax Form Helper as it is MUCH cheaper, with the same basic features! ONLY complaints: 1 - NOT able to increase print darkness on user filled in areas: 2 - NOT able to import Tax Form Helper data from prior years. NO problem for a few entries, major problem if you have many employees/entries.
