Works Well
This foot rest serves the purpose. For some reason I got the impression that the material would have a softer feel but is hard plastic.

I get why people buy these - makes sitting a little more comfortable and or foot rest to shift you weight while standing. good buy.

it's fine
a little expensive for something that you can't stand on but it does what it's supposed to. I"d probably recommend a balance board that's meant to be support weight since it will accomplish the same principal objective.
