Not worth the money
had it less than a week and it jambed up and then said hopper was full. Opened the compartment and the grinders were totally impacted with paper, but hopper was only 25% full

Top Heavy
The shredder works like a dream. However, it is top heavy. If you roll it with the drawer removed, it tips over easily. The last time it tipped over, it smashed the plug on the back on the machine. Very disappointed.

Not so automatic
I expected the machine to stop, stop and reverse rather than just stop for jam. The sensing feature causes the machine to pause, reset between feeds, annoying.

Powerful Shredder
I was used to buying lesser shredders which broke down under heavy use. This shredder operates like it will last me at least a decade. We shall see.

HAPPIER WITH OLD MODEL.
I was much happier with the old model I had, (PS-79Ci), of the same brand. It seems, after looking and comparing, that these shredders, (much like everything else), are not built as well as the older models. This has got to be one of if not the quietest shredders I have ever worked with. The one drawback is the shape doesn't fit the trash bag

Superior Office Shredder
This Fellowes Office Shredder is simply the best shredder we have ever used in our office. Disappointed
Paper jams in the feeder constantly. Quality of shredded output is too large. I wish I had ordered the Staples brand instead. Not recommended if you do a lot of shredding as you will be constantly unjamming the feeder.

New shredder
Have been using this for about a week and it works well. Not sure if it would actually cut up 24 pages though. What is good is the no jam technology. If you put in too much it the glowing light bar will turn red and will tell you and not to go forward. Key thing, which I have never know with shredder is they need to be oiled.
