Fabulous!
I purchased this shredder to handle 3 years of personal documents and bills that needed to be disposed of. I had about 30 pounds of paper to shred. This machine tore through it all quickly and easily without overheating or jamming!

Big Disappointment
This shredder worked well in the beginning but after 6 months constantly jammed and took forever to shred had to cool down release the jam even if only putting in 3 sheets at a time.

Ok.
Good machine in general. Often signals that the tub is full when it is not, though. Then I turn it off, pull out the tub, and brush or pull out some bits of paper from the shredder blades. Fine after that…

Micro Shredder
Not even close to being an office shredder. Chad too large. Quiet and can take several pages at a time. Damn difficult to empty shredder waste into a kitchen (13 gal) garbage bag without spilling some.

Very temperamental. It does jam. It is quite.
The red light comes on before the ben is full or for another reason that is not apparent.

Totally destroys documents
This Shread Dee really meets my needs. I handle confidential documents and needed one that does the job. Thanks to the team at the Augusta store for recommending one that does does the job within my budget.

High functioning Shredder
This shredder was my 2nd Fellowes unit and is an improvement over my previous one It can handle up to 12 sheets at a time and can run for 10 minutes before a cool down period is necessary. The casters are a nice touch. The only thing I would like to see is a bigger collection bin. Highly recommended.
