I solved a problem for my wife!!
She wanted better lighting for her puzzle projects and I went shopping at Staples for a table lamp of some sort and selected the Bostitch LED Desk Lamp, Matte and this did the trick very nicely. This lamp is more than perfect! I was under the impression it had 3 intensities - it actually has 6!
One set is 'cool' light & the other set is 'warm' light. I've only been using it for under a week, so I am not aware of its longevity, but so far, I am quite impressed.
And it's quite lightweight & has a long cord.
Buy one! It has fantastic features!!

Very pleased with this light.
Some lamps have finicky on/off switches. This works smoothly with a single touch.
Three degrees of brightness works very well; easy to compensate for natural lighting.
Ability to change color of light is a interesting touch, Allows for personal preferences.

Replacement desk lamp
This my second lamp purchase but a different brand. I love the ability to change light brightness. However, like the other brand it has a touch light switch which does not always work first or second try. The first brand had a similar touch switch which seldom worked requiring unplugging. In is now in my trash can.
Overall I am happy with the new lamp.

Fantastic light
This light is as close to perfect as you’ll find. Fantastic illumination. Easy to use, and literally ready to use. Take it out of box, connect power cord, plug in. Have developed cataracts and need more light to read during the later hours of the day. Very pleased and highly recommend.
