Pure nightmare! totally failed to hold.
We purchased this product a month ago and used it to seal boxes we were using to move. Everything looked great, until we went to move. The tape kept falling off of the boxes and the boxes were opening while being transported to and from the truck. It was a nightmare! We can't believe that what used to be the "best go to product in the business" fell apart as much as it ...

4 star because I've tried every type and this was the best. However it is annoying that they have not developed a failsafe way to keep the tape from staying free rather than sticking to itself after you cut it despite putting it behind the little stops. It should feed through a solid piece!
