Did the trick for my adapting need
Purchased a new computer but I love my existing monitor that has sound. So I needed this to keep using my monitor. I thought it was a little pricey but it did the job.

Old Monitor can work with New Computer
Wanted to continue to use an old monitor with a new computer however it did not have a HDMI connection. This adaptor is exactly what was needed. The tech assistant at Staples was very helpful so the correct item was purchased.

Decent resolution
All the new computers and monitors use HDMI but if you have an older VGA monitor like I do and it's still good you need one of these adapters. The problem is when you go to buy one there are 3 different grades. I bought this one because it was the lowest priced. Though it is still expensive it was less than the others and it works fine.

Last minute lifeline!
Prepping for a training my light box stopped working. Ran out just before closing and grabbed a new connector. Everything worked perfect! Great price.
