Love these paper mate pencils
I've used these pencils for many years but could not find them until I checked Quill. I used to purchase from Quill when I worked in an office and made supply purchases and have always been satisfied with Quill.

Inferior
Item totally unsatisfactory. Lead breaks too easily and - if it doesn't break it falls back inside. It may have been a good product in the past but no more.

Best mechanical pencil available!
I have used these pencils for years as a teacher and continue to use them being retired. Nice lead point doesn’t break eraser works without smears and lasts long. It’s the only pencil I ever use. I stock up in the summer when they go on sale.

Creative writing tools
I like pencils. I think better in pencil especially when I am having to create something such as an opening statement in court. These pencils are great for keeping the creativity flowing. They never get dull the eraser is always handy. The thoughts can flow smoothly and uninterrupted.

Papermare mechanical pencils
Love these . Clear pencil point. Do not have to worry about lead breaking! Like that you turn from the bottom instead of pushing the top.

Product quality has deteriorated.
My husband is addicted to these pencils but alas in this latest batch the leads were so short they run out almost immediately. What a shame they've cheapened the product so much.

We buy these pencils because you don't have to sharpen them good erasers and the lead is just the right size. So much better than the standard pencil.

The pencil lead moves in and out when you write makes it hard to use. It is like that with most of them once in awhile there are sturdy ones but rare

Papermate Mechanical Pencils
Pencils write really well. Lead is a little thin so you can't press too hard when writing. Erasers really work well too.
