Love these paper mate pencils
I've used these pencils for many years but could not find them until I checked Quill. I used to purchase from Quill when I worked in an office and made supply purchases and have always been satisfied with Quill.

Inferior
Item totally unsatisfactory. Lead breaks too easily and - if it doesn't break it falls back inside. It may have been a good product in the past but no more.

Customer service has been more helpful lately.
I occasionally use Staples for supplies and the copy/scanning machines. Over the past 2 years with Covid I suspect like many stores the CS help was stretched thin. I am glad to say the service has been friendlier and more helpful recently.

Best mechanical pencil ever
I won't use any other pencil but this one. The lead never breaks in this pencil but does in every other one I've tried. Also the lead thickness is perfect.
