Hydration Drink or Bowel Prep?
What on earth? I drank a 28 ounce bottle of this hydration drink after working outside in the heat. I had explosive diarrhea shortly after. I'm now having to hydrate from what I lost from this drink! There's way too much erythritol in here, there needs to be a disclaimer or this product needs to be taken off the market!

Peach Mango Reformulation
My family has been drinking the Lyte Peach Mango product religiously the last few years. I feel it actually helps us stay a touch healthier. Everyone in the house likes the flavor. I buy this product weekly and love it!
I'm on a sodium restricted diet and this product fits the restrictions quite well ! It makes up half my fluid intake on a daily basis ! There's a great assortment of flavors to choose from !

Recovering from dehydration and pneumonia
And this drink takes me to a blissful, tropical seaside. It may take me a little bit to recover from the pneumonia, but I've got a pack of these drinks to take me the whole way.

Pleased it isn't a sugary drink!
A nice change from drinking water all the time. SO pleased to find a drink that isn't sweet but has nice flavor. I'm prone to dehydration and forgetting to drink enough fluids. This is a wonderful addition to my day that encourages me to drink more.

Refreshing
The flavor is light and refreshing. I prefer the fact that it is non carbonated. You can drink it fast to quench your thirst!

Love It!!
I originally purchased this drink as part of my colonoscopy prep to stay hydrated & fell in love with the peach mango flavor! I'm an empty nester so I can keep it in the fridge without somebody else drinking it all!! Whenever I'm thirsty this drink knocks it out in quick fashion!! I believe it's the coconut water. I can't stop drinking peach mango. My favorite drink.
I just love the taste of peach mango. I wonder if it is healthy to have many bottles a day. I find it delicious, really. I only drink water or squeezed orange juice, but this flavor I find amazing. Is it ok to have 3 or 4 a day???

This product made me very sick
After having fasting labs drawn I had this product for the 1st time at the Cafe at the lab. It gave me explosive diarrhea x 5 all over the carpet , clothes etc. I think possibly the artificial sweetener is the culprit. Be very careful taking this product because of GI upset.

Misleading Advertisement
This drink does have artificial sweetener, that being erythritol. This chemical does exist in nature but in very low amounts but is added to drinks like this to sweeten it up without adding calories. In this amount there is an increased risk of heart problems so do not drink if you're at risk of cardiovascular problems.

Mom of a 16 year old
I love this product. Weird Flavor
I have drank this flavor of body armor every day for the past year but last week I noticed a terrible change in flavor! I can't even finish the bottle anymore! Is there an explanation for this?

Too Sweet
Due to the Powerade shortage - had to switch it up with BodyArmor Lyte. Not at all a fan - it's soooooo sweet I have to mix with water to tolerate it. Big disappointment because the flavors sounded interesting - but will not be making any future purchases.
