. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Ripoff
$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

Staples staff
I have been a staples customer for some time now. The staff have always extended themselves to me over every issue I have. It was no different this time I was pleased with the quick response on the phone and when I arrived at the store. Three staff members were quick to help me.

Quwstionable
Don't dare open it until I use it as the package was trashed and I don't dare open it until i use it. I don't want unseal it for fear it will dry out before i use it. Looked like it had been stepped on etc.

Adequate
HP chart on computer usually shows about 1/8 to 1/4 of cartridge still having ink when the printing comes out faded or blank.

62 or 62L ink cartridges
I only use HP ink because the product is exceptional. I prefer the pack that includes both black and color. Lately it seems HP does not include and you need to buy separately.
