. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

Waste of money
I’m only buying these to get my kid through high school but you are better off buying a new printer that doesn’t need expensive cartridges. The cartridges run out of ink even with an extra large within a month of only printing out student necessities.

Out of Inventory for Awhile
I have tried to purchase ink for my HP printer for several months now. I need the extra long lasting 62XL try color cartridge but they have been unable to stock it. Very frustrating. However I could purchase the less efficient color cartridge . Service is always good in Staples so I guess it is a matter of supply and demand.

Ink ran out in less than a week.
I went out and bought another printer becauze I was spending $80 per week for 4 weeks on ink

The HP 62XL black high yield ink cartridge work really well for me last alot longer. I recommend this ink cartridge to use.

Bad ink cartridge
I purchased an HP 62 Black ink XL from Staples which is compatible with my HP Envy 7645. I just tried to replace the existing cartridge with the HP one & it does not work. I rate this zero stars!

Young lady Sheridan came to my aid! I’m senior woman and couldn’t find particular color cartridge or pressurized can of air. She took me to both departments to make sure I found them. This shouldn’t be out of the ordinary customer service but have found it to be uncommon in many stores.
