. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Excellent customer service!
Went in at lunchtime for ink. Didn't realize the shortage of it. Craig tried to help me find my particular cartridge at another store to no prevail. I looked around for a few minutes and right before I left a truck had pulled up. Craig looked through the delivery slip and ran to tell me my cartridge was on the truck! HP62 Tricolor Ink Cartridge

Good value OK price
This cartridge offers good economy. You can get a better price at Costco with their 2-pack. However if Staples is offering a Rewards discount (e.g. 25% off order) then their price is lower.

The black cartridge is okay. But I am very disappointed in the 7640's use of color. When a printer uses the color cartridge to make black it is a serious lack of transparency with the purchaser/user. The company sells the printer at a loss so that they can make up for it by over selling of cartridges. The color cartridges last so short a time and print so few pictur...

It's Ink
Took a while to get the printer back on line after installing the new ink cartridge but I suspect it was more user error ten the ink itself. Since getting the printer on line ALL is good.

I only use HP ink but I’m so tempted to use a genetic due to the expense.

Too expensive!
