Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Great except...
The ordering was easy, ink is good. I did not like the fact I was not home to sign for the order delivery. It stated that I signed for it. It was left propped by the door for me. We were at work. No one was here all day.

Desperate for ink!
I would certainly recommend this product but what I didn’t like was the very expensive price. I’m sure Staples can afford a discount to cardholders that are regular customers.

HP Ink Cartridges
Hello, I have been a Staples customer for over 20 years. The products and staff have always been very good. I have also owned an HP ink jet printer and never had any issues with the cartridges. My only complaint is the price. I know that Staples carriers multiple brands of printers and the respective cartridges, however, I would think with the volume of HP printers...

Difficult cartridge recycling policy
The HP cartridges are fine as always but Staples could do MUCH better at immediate rewards/discounts when you bring in the old cartridges. Very cumbersome and relatively pointless exercise.

They print in color and black and white.They are supposed to.Without them my printer is worthless.They cost way to much !
