Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Should last longer for what they cost
I pay more to get the "XL" versions of these No. 22 black & color cartridges and they really don't last that long given the moderate use our printer gets. I have ordered some remanufactured ones for next time to see how they do.

I would prefer that both cartridges be XL. That was NOT available at the store st the time of purchase (and other times).

I always have used the printer name brand ink because it works each time they are replaced. I do more printing with black ink, so the XL size is important to me.

HP Ink Reliable and Good
I bought my HP Officejet 5740 from Staples. It has been a good printer. I have replaced the ink a few times and been very satisfied with its quality. I wish there were a two pack of only the black which I use much more quickly than color.
