These humidifiers only last a year and then it's nothing but issues. Purchased 2. First one would give me an error code after 1st year move other one to my sons room got warranty replacement for first for downstairs. 2nd one started with same error code but out of warrenty now. Waste of money
This is my second one and I’m officially done. Works for a little bit, then all of a sudden, it displays empty. I’ve only used distilled water in both units.

Loved this a lot..until it melted
This was the best humidifier I'd ever owned, until the tank melted. I always use the UV light, ionizer and warm mist. It worked for months like that. It never ran out of water so I guess it's just too much for the tank to take after a few months in service. I looked for a replacement tank but don't see one available. We bought this humidifier last winter and at first LOVED it. It has many settings that are great (once you figure out what all of them do). It's nice to be able to switch between warm and cool mist. Recommended Humidifier
Not bad looking easy to set up and effective even in our relatively large living room. I fill it once a day thus far but may require more frequent filling as the air gets colder and dryer.

Repeatedly shuts off after a few minutes
I like this humidifier when it works properly. Unfortunately, that’s not very often. After I fill the tank, it repeatedly shuts off every few minutes, forcing me to unplug/plug it to get it running again. Seems like the float doesn’t work properly on it. Very annoying!

Yes - I'm another unhappy customer. I followed all the directions, turned it on a d the water poured out the bottom. I looked up reviews on other sites and this was a very common complaint. This was a gift so I don't have a receipt to return it. Will be in the trash can for garbage pickup.

Best humidifier so far..
I’ve tried a few different brands and sizes of humidifiers the past year but this by far has the bear features and settings yet.. I like how it is customizable ! I’m hoping this lasts a long time with proper cleaning.. I moved from So California where the average humidity levels we’re around 68% and now I’m living in Colorado where the average humidity has been around 1...

Failure
I bought three of these units, worked great for 1 month then over the next month each one failed and no longer works, started leaking water then stopped making mist. I will be returning all three.
