Just bought and it won’t turn on at all.
I just bought this today and filled it and plugged it in. It won’t turn on at all. It does make a very small clicking / dripping sound but nothing else. The cord sparked when I plugged it in so I know it is converting power. Really disappointed. I’m hoping they will take it back at the store.

Poor Quality Humidifier
I purchased this humidifier April 2021. It worked fine for the first year. After that, it's been acting up consistently. It gets very noisy. Loud hum and sometimes a rattle. No wet floors!
I purchased this humidifier a week before Christmas. My Crane top fill humidifier does not get the end table wet, any of the floors or anything else near it. Everything is completely dry I run it about 20 hours a day on high. I absolutely love and recommend this humidifier.

Requires Distilled Water
Our furnace filter plugged up after less than 1 month of use due to I'm assuming the white dust that was created by not using distilled water. Called furnace repairman to check our furnace out. Awesome Product
I live in an Apartment so I cannot ad a Humidifier, I have COPD and a dry Environment causes problems. I have owned Humidifiers for Years, this is the best by far. I have 2, one in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom.

No constant flow
The flow of humid air is intermittent and there is very little flow, so I can only assume the product I received is faulty or the product is so finicky it’s not worth it. This is a brand new product, right out of the box. Will return.

Great buy!
Works great! Love that it holds enough water to leave on all night. If the water runs out it automatically turns off which puts my mind at ease.

My FAVORITE humidifier
I have a few humidifiers throughout the house (especially during the winter months) but this is by far my favorite one. I have it in my living room and it is perfect for the space. It is easy to clean and I love the color changing light!

Demineralized Water Required
This humidifier works great for our needs! We have allergies and asthma in our house. Plus we live in the super dry Southern California Desert. Love the top fill!
We’ve had several Drop style humidifiers but are really liking the top fill feature on this. It’s also very easy to clean. Same great Crane quality we are used to!

Must Have!!
We absolutely love this cool mist humidifier! Has such a nice light night feature and is so easy to use!! The top fill makes for less of a mess and can go awhile without needing to refill! Overall such a great product to have!!

Perfect for master bedroom
We added this humidifier to our master bedroom as soon as our twins were born. Our toddler loves the changing colors that the humidifier offers and we love that we can provide the perfect amount of humidity in our master bedroom for our newborn babies. I would highly recommend this humidifier for medium to large rooms
