Excellent Price as Wand, may not be bright enoug
Action required to turn wand on is a twist. Therefore, a wand can be twisted "on" using a single hand, more specifically using the thumb and index finger.
I'm not certain about accuracy of brightness and/or duration of modes (continously and flashing). I'm also not certain about moisture resistance.
