Does not work in my printer. is not the correct cartridge locked up my printer could not finish my work the day I tried to use it.

Is Not compatible
Placed it in and turned machine and the cartage was blocked. "Must have authentic chip"

Incompatable chip
I used yellow and red with no problem. On the blue my HP 477dw which is listed as a compatible printer says "Non HP chip detected" and won't let me use it.

Not compatible with HP
This was very disappointing. After loading the cartridge I received a message that the chip was not compatible with HP. Although it is supposed to be I will not buy a refurbished ink cartridge again. This held up using our MFP Printer for a few days until we received the correct HP cartidge.

Never again!
This cartridge has leaked blue ink ever since it was installed. Every page that comes from the printer has blue patches on it.

Great savings
It is too soon to know if these will last as long of the color as vibrant as the HP ones I've been using.
