Would not work with our wireless network
Tried two times with our tech company to set it up through our wireless network and it would never work. Could not get a connection and it would knock us off our internet connection as well. Only good for USB so we could not use it.

RECEIVED AN OPEN BOX WITH MISSING PLUG!
A complete failure to satisfy. Returned item (that was a day late) to original purchase location. Box was opened missing paperwork and wall plug/half of power cord. The store that ordered for me initially wanted me to call Asurion warranty team. C'mon......seriously? I hadn't even registered it yet. I insisted all be refunded and I walked away very disappointed. Impressive scanner - a must have
Awesome! Very fast. It turns images right side up scans both sides at the same time eliminates blanks and processes 30 pages per minute. I couldn't be happier.

Incompatible with ARM-based Windows 11
I bought this product a few days ago and it does not work with ARM-based Windows 11 computers. The drivers required for you to use this product will not install on your operating system, and they do not advertise this. I actually found a post by Epson that stated they planned on rolling out software for this specific product in April of 2025. When will this be addressed...

Clear legible scans
I needed a scanner with good resolution. My canon 5 in one wasn't up to the task. I also needed to be able to make scans from two-sided documents. Amazing Scanner
Love this scanner. It scans multiple pages, both sides, super quick. The image quality once the image or document is digitized is perfect! :)

This is a good scanner. I would have rated it 5 stars but the smaller documents are little bit challenging. After changing the position of the document it scans them. Other than that it works great!

Great Scanner works fast and software let's you have great control over the destination of scan. I have not tried the wireless so no comment.

Inefficient for Law Firm Needs
I wish there was an option to scan everything at once and just save them separately. That way we don't have to scan, save, scan, save, scan save, we could just scan, and then save save save save.

Immediate Impression - GREAT
I purchased this for our small office as our Epson Multi-Function Printer stopped allowing me to send patient files through the doc feeder. Epson Workforce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Doc Scanner
I’ve only used this scanner a couple of times with my Mac but I have to say it’s perfect thus far. Smooth and fast while easy to locate documents rotate or edit the pages. We used an Epson Scanner for years but the older software wouldn’t mesh w/our computer any longer. Very happy with this one.

scan function not good
I felt the scanning function was not first rate. The scanner kept jamming if paper sizes were mixed so I tried doing one page at a time and some items still wouldn't go through. Some 8x11 paper would jam if the leading edge was not perfect. I was willing to give Epson a try but I am returning this scanner and going back to Fujitsu. Their paper feed function feels so...

Excellent Service and Excellent Scanner!
My brother the computer nerd recommended this scanner to me and he was spot on! This baby works perfectly for what I need which is scanning (then recycling) instead of saving my receipts and medical records. It's easy to use and does everything I want it to.
