Unit could not recognize my 2.4Ghz channel
Sent back as I was unable to get the unit to "see" my 2.4Ghz channel. Your tech support was little help as it is often difficult to understand some of the techs.

Not worth the cost as it will malfunction less then 2 years
Everything was going great until it stopped functioning today 09/29/25. I bought it brand new in April of last year and warranty expired in June of this year. Im very disappointed as we spend so much money on this scanner for it to be only useful for 1 year and 5 months. A F was showing on my scanner and I tried everything to reset it but still no luck. Its Alright
I bought this with the intention of scanning all my documents but now I have a line appearing on all of them randomly. Additionally it will not connect wireless for me which was my sole purpose of buying it.

Good but could be better.
This is the 2nd sheet scanner from Epson. It works very nicely at first then I will get a line on scanned documents. I clean the scanner and it may clean the first time. After a while I can not get it out. That has happened to both scanners. I only use it for the receipts now.

Scanner works but not quite as expected.
I chose this scanner for the wireless feature compact size and ability to integrate with excel. Instructions for connecting WiFi weren’t very clear so using wired & will try again at some point. The included software saved each receipt as a separate named file rather than exporting certain data fields onto one excel sheet. Hopefully there’s some way to do that. Will u...

Great Compatibility. Wired and Wireless. Typical Functionality.
I am only rating and commenting on this as a portable scanner. I don't use the "receipt" features, and I have not had warranty issues, so I can't comment on that. It's always difficult to get ADF to feed documents straight, especially on portable scanners. This scanner is no exception, but I am not going to give a poor rating for normal functionality. Not ready for prime time
missing some important options like paperport for one. autofeed doesnt work so you need to hit the scan button for every page scanned. was really hoping this would be a keeper ,especially for travel. bringing it back getting a visioneer like the one i had.

Epson RapidReceipt Scanner
This is such an amazing little scanner. It scans from the smallest receipt to an 8 1/2 to 11. This has so many features. This can scan to your Quickbooks and Excel software. This is such a life saver.

Great... but!
Though it says it exports to Quickbooks, only the large expensive type, not self employed or online. So the reason I bought it, is, well, moot. I will probably return it.

Great little scanner but had connectivity issues
When it works, it's a great little scanner for the price. As many people have reviewed, connectivity through the wifi network is not as seamless as one would imagine. Despite this, I am happy with the purchase.

Simple and easy to use, with descent quality scans
Easy to install and use. Scan speed is very fast on default setting, and quality is good enough to read. If you want it to look good, you switch to a higher resolution, and it scans slower, but still good, at about 4 second for a full page.
