Easy setup
This machine was easy to setup and effortless to use. I love that it can scan different sizes without jamming or me having to reset sizes on the machine.

Doesn't organize or get the right information
I bought this a few weeks ago and am disappointed that it doesn't organize or get the right information off the recipe. I have to constantly go back and correct the information

Doesn't last, save your $
This piece of garbage lasted just over two years. I take very good care of all if my belongings. Covered and unplugged and placed in a safe place when not in use.
Just wouldn't turn on ever again.
Epson customer Service was useless. Suggested I go to my nearest service location 6.5 hours away.

Software was epic fail
Bought this for the AI cataloging of scans. It doesn't install on Windows 11 and there's no AI cataloging of scans. Worst purchase ever.

I highly recommend this scanner
Love this scanner for the two sided option! It has greatly shortened a potentially long, long archival project. Easy to use and nothing can't beat the speed of the copy and processing the duplicated digital file.

TECH SUPPOT IS TERRIBLE!!!
I have had this for a while and have loved it, I scan a lot of things for work and it works great!! THE BIG ISSUE I HAVE WITH IT NOW IS that I have never set up an admin password or if I did, I don't remeber what it was. I registered my Epson RR-600w online. It has never asked me for an admin password to do an update and now all of the sudden it is asking me for one. I ...

Nice Scanner, Tragically doesn't work on MacBook Pro
The unit is well made and compact. It scans smoothly and quickly. Tragically, I am unable to initiate a scan on the scanner for my MacBook M2 Pro (despite many struggles with technical support). I have to manually open the software, connect and hope it will work.
