Purchasing made easy
The order arrived in a timely manner which is pleasing. Additionally the ease of navigating the online store made it so much easier to order what I needed as opposed to driving 30 minutes to the nearest store and hoping they have what I need in stock.

It is what it is...Always Quality!
What can really be said about HP products? Their line of ink is fairless priced and the cartridges always work fine. Never had a bad one in my life over several printers over the years all HP!

Very small cartridge
I’ve printed approximately 50 pages be already being told my ink is low. For this price I’d hoped to get more prints out of each cartridge.

Decreased availability
The HP61 xl was not in stock when I was at the store. I bought the regular color cartridge that will not last as long. Due to the pandemic there is a shortage. Disappointed it was not in stock.
