Defective cartridge
The cartridge was defective as some of the pages I attempted to print with red in them came out very wet and covered with red ink. The black cartridge worked fine.

Bad Tri Color Cartridge
Color cartridge was not recognized by our HP computer. Trouble shooting done with local Staples store who referred me to HP. HP went through a series of tests with me and determined it was a “bad” Tri color cartridge and is sending me a new one by mail. Took an hour between both calls to take care of issue.

They work great. Was so easy to order and since I don’t go much they were shipped right to my house which I love. Will order them again when I need them.

Beware of this cartridge
My HP printer did not recognize this as a genuine HP product and thought it was incompatible. I could not override this message so the printer did not work with this cartridge in place. Staples graciously replaced it. But it happened again. I tried every possible remedy HP suggested by cleaning the printer heads hard restart cleaning the cartridge even replacing the ...

Great product
The cartridge is easy to install and uninstall and the ink is bright. I had a problem placing the order; I called and an efficient associate placed it for me.

Always awesome
No matter if we purchase them separately or together this brand of ink is always amazing. Great saturation of color and the cartridges do last for a great while.

Always use brand name

This ink was ordered on a Friday afternoon and was delivered the next day with free shipping. A very easy and accurate transaction. HP ink prices are pretty much the same throughout the market so shipping costs and service speed is important. Staples delivered!

Tri-Color standard Yield Ink Cartridge
I use these cartridges all the time. I don’t use color a lot and it stays fine.
