Good ink
I have been purchasing online some remanufactured ink and the black looks more like a dark gray. So I splurged and bought new packs of this ink and the difference is really big. Nice dark clear black. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay. Don’t splurge on cheap ink. I would prefer not to pay the steep prices they were forced to pay but for quality you get wha...

Good price
I am very happy with the ink I ordered for my printer. I never had a problem with the HP 61 ink cartridges...ever! The cost was fair and I received my order rather quickly. This is the 3rd time I've ordered items from Staples and found their sales to be awesome their customer service....awesome and getting my items to my front door faster than any other Office supply...

Defective cartridge exchange
I bought an HP cartridge 2 pack and the printer did not detect the black cartridge when installed. Staff at store courteously exchanged now all good
