Need
Was glad there was a staples close to but the toner to print important documents. My friend hadn’t replaced the old ones for years when they ran out.

The cartridges work well and I have used them for years; however the price is getting higher every time I purchase them. I hope Staples can negotiate some better prices with the vendor.

The color cartridge must have been defective
The color cartridge must have been defective because it ran out of ink after 2 days of use while the black ink still showed almost full.

Great customer service
I was greeted immediately when I entered the store I asked if I was heading in the right direction for ink cartridges and was assured that I was. The associate asked if I needed assistance and I told them no I was fine. I got the cartridge I needed paid for it and left. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.

Like using the original UP ink
I always use the original because of the clean clear print I get without issues.
