Refilled Vs new cartridge.
My first order was for a refilled HP 61 Black cartridge. There were problems with this cartridge in that I had to re-install it almost every time that I needed to print so I ordered a new cartridge which worked ok.

Ink is great
I went in to Staples to get ink for my printer. The gentleman in there quickly helped me find what I was looking for. Very nice! I was also able to leave 2 older phones with them to recycle. Thanks!

Disappointing
Used to print one page and printer now saying it is damaged. Can't use it.

Hi Stephanie Oh no! I am so sorry the printer and cartridge are not working. I suggest you try to turn the printer off. Take out and reinsert the cartridge. If that does not work try cleaning the copper contacts on the printhead. I would also suggest checking the ink levels in your printer. Ink is fine overpriced
I don’t understand why the cost of ink cartridges is so high. I generally buy online but didn’t have the time.
