Disappointing
Used to print one page and printer now saying it is damaged. Can't use it.

Hi Stephanie Oh no! I am so sorry the printer and cartridge are not working. I suggest you try to turn the printer off. Take out and reinsert the cartridge. If that does not work try cleaning the copper contacts on the printhead. I would also suggest checking the ink levels in your printer. Same stuff I always buy. Cost me $80 but what can you do? I've lived without a printer before and this is better. Store service btw was excellent.

Unfortunately our household has been doing more printing recently. Very glad to be able to still find these ink cartridges in our nearby staples store. They are good ones.

HP 61 Black Standard Yield Ink Cartridge
Item was out of stock in store. Spoke with a Store Employee who offered me the option of paying ordering the cartridge and having it delivered to my home. Ordered in late afternoon and had the package delivered to my doorstep early the next morning. Very happy with this experience and the quality of assistance I received.

Good but expensive
Exactly what I needed for my printer but man the price on these cartridges is crazy. Almost like they charge that much because they can.
