. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Absurd Review of HP's Products
Since HP built my printer and indicated that #62 is the correct cartridge the successful installation and operation of this cartridge in my printer is nominal. It really has nothing to do with Staples or it's delivery operations. So please stop asking me to review Staples. Thank you.

So glad to find ANY cartridges of this in Boulder CO! I needed to finish a project your staff went to the stock room and found two for me - the last in the shop! I was so lucky!

Printer Discontinued!
Aha! Now I know why' I can't find ink for my printer an HP 7640. This printer has been discontinued! I have asked this store manager or other employees why can't I get this ink? They must have known the printer was discontinued so at some point when all ink is out of stock I guess I'll have to buy a new printer! CSR should have known for sure.

Hi Cynthia Discovering the cartridges you want are not in stock is irritating. However that doesn't have anything to do with the printer. The cartridges are used by several different models of printers. Most of the time shortages of certain cartridges are because supply hasn't been keeping up with demand. Many businesses are also experiencing shipping delays because the delivery companies are having a hard time keeping up with orders too. Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support

Manufacturers product
I always try to get original products for my printer. They just seem to work better. I was (again) blown away by the fast and free shipping from Staples. I will continue to be their customer whenever possible as long as that offer exists.
