. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

mfg needs to include black in tri-color cartridges
I like the product however stores are not carrying tri-color with black cartridge. They neither have a supply on the shelves. More supplies on the shelves with people working from home.

Short of the money.
For what I pay for the HP 62 Black Ink Cartridge I would expect it to last a lot longer. Very Disappointed. Now I have to pay a LOT more for the HP 62XL Black Ink Cartridge which does last longer. I do NOT like being held by the short hairs by suppliers of these Ink Cartridge replacements but that is exactly what is happening. An example of GREED working at its best!!...

Not enough ink
Not large enough to do all of the printing I needed to do. I will buy a laser printer for my needs.

Oldie but goodie
I have used this cartridge for over 20 years. The ink lasts for a long time and is vibrant when printing.

These cartridges are good but I prefer to purchase the 62XL as they last longer. (They were unavailable)

Your staff is wonderful
I had been trying to buy a color cartridge but I was always too late to get one. Your staff in Stuart gave me a phone number to call and I learned when the truck arrived with the latest supply. THEN the Mgr went to the back and found the cartridge I needed from the truck's boxes and brought the cartridge up to me. He was WONDERFUL!!! Love your staff!!!

Ink is OK But Printer Stinks
Scanner does not work on the printer. The printer keeps reverting back to double sided despite wanting single-sided copies. Constantly have to call tech-support for assistance. It’s a pain in the neck and not a good printer. Never should’ve listen to the Store representative

HP Ink Cartridges
These cartridges spend out soon. They do not last very long for the price. I have very disappointed with my HP printer for this reason. I have never had to replace the ink so fast. I will be looking into other printers that don't spend through the ink so fast.
