. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Ripoff
$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

It’s a Racket
I use these because I have to. Printer manufacturers design everything that goes into them so that anything from another maker simply can’t be used. It’s a racket and we consumers fall for it. Other than that everything’s just great.

INK WAS DRY
Previous cartridge showed about 1/4 left but was dry. (Was ok until I did an alignment for the new Color I installed. Used up the black doing it). I bought XL because the smaller one was not in stock. I buy HP ink because I have an HP printer. I don't use much ink. The "rating" part just showed more ads and "offered" an Ink-program to "save money".

Poor!
Tried putting the new cartridge in and again the printer said the color was not communicating with the printer and it didn’t work when I removed the color one the black one worked!

HP black ink cartridges: waste of $$$$$$$
Never buy HP printer again. Every time u put in a new cartridge it WASTES your expensively purchased ink by running alignment tests. By the time it was done I was able to print out 4 letters and needed to purchase both color and black ink again.

Hi there Rona From time to time the printers do alignment tests. This action should not waste all of your ink. I'm incredibly sorry this instance happened to you. Let's figure out what happened. Start by adjusting your automatic maintenance settings on the printer. If the ink is dried out replace it. There is also the possibility that the cartridge leaked at some point. HP 62 Black/Tri-Color Ink Cartridges
The cartridges work great and will order again but my issue was that when I ordered the cartridges I ordered them because they would be coming in the next day and they didn’t.

OK but not the greatest
The box was cut open before i received it. I am afraid that if the product was damaged I won’t be able to return it when I get around to returning it.

I found the ink that I needed easily. And shirts that the workers were wearing asked if they could be any help. I asked the one worker if he could get me a discount and sure enough he did they are very helpful and friendly
