. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

HP inks
I always use 62XL inks. They work well with my printer. On Thursday the 14th - Paul helped me. Service was great. He helped me install the Staples app on my phone.

HP-62 tricolor pack
Cartridges work great every time. The price is a bit steep. I wish you still had the ink cartridge recycle program where you can get a discount on the new cartridges when you turn in 5 used cartridges. That helps take out the sting of the high priced ink cartridges! So sad.

24 hours? give me a beak!
The black XL cartridge seems to be fine but after about 55 copies (yes with some photos) the tri-color ran out of ink. I've done similar runs numerous times over the years and never exhausted a cartridge in that short a time. Fortunately I have another 2-pack so we'll see if this tri-color ink will last a bit longer. Cartridge easy to load
Got help right away from Alex! He found which cartridge I needed immediately a lot faster than if I to look through the booklet. He was very polite!

Black Cartridge Didn't Work
I bought the black and color bundle pack and the black ink was bad and wouldn't register in printer. Returned with no problems. Purchased the XL cartridges individually and both worked perfectly. Will only purchase XL cartridges from now on.
