. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

HP Ink Cartridge replacements
As usual. when returning empty cartridges the refund is for NEXT purchase with a time limit. Since I was returning empty cartridges STAPLES should allow discount for HP Products immediatly

Hi Paul I apologize you disliked the product price. We strive to create great value within our products. A couple of suggestions may help save money. Draft mode catches errors so you don't have to reprint items. There are a few settings on each printer. Sometimes the preset options need adjustments to save ink. Weekly maintenance on the cartridges prevents drying. Lastly control the temperature where the printer is located. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/

Great Cartridge
This cartridge works great in my 250 HP printer. Loads in easy and sets up without any fuss. Slightly on the expensive side but I am able to get many high quality printed pages from one cartridge. I would recommend to others.

Confusing rewards offer
I thought I would be getting a discount for buying a print cartridge valued at more than $30. Not exactly. The manager was even challenged by the offer. Oh well. Bought it anyway will see what happens. User beware.
