Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

So dirty, unusable
The quality of service was totally absent here. How is it possible to deliver a product in such terrible, dirty condition? Very disappointed. The box itself had been taped up and all of the reams inside were busted open. Unusable product.
