Big Disappointment!
Very disappointed. Quality was ok. The product does not have good levels of intensity whether it be low or high.

A good affordable solution! The hydraulics are much more robust than expected. I am about 127 lbs and the pedals are a real challenge at the full step height.

This stepper is a great
This stepper is a great addition to my home gym. As as avid exerciser, I normally use my treadmill and spin bike. Since adding this stepper, I’m able to keep variety in my exercise routine. It’s great for the entire lower body while giving your upper body a workout as well. Highly recommend!

Limited time
I love everything about my stepper except for the limited time of 15 minute use. The directions state “15 minute use with 30 minutes of rest” due to the heating of the hydraulic tubes. Pleasantly surprised !
I’m super surprised that I love this so much. It is effective, small, and easier to keep my balance on than I thought. It is easy on my knees too. Absolutely amazing piece of equipment. It's like a stair-master, but for your desk. I work from home, and this is a great little machine for some quick cardio. Height is small enough to fit under my desk, and for me to carry from room to room. Overall, a great climber

i love this !! helps

I like it. I bought it to use at my standing desk while I work. My standing desk can go pretty high, so I wouldn’t recommend for an average height standing desk. Good value
The Total Body Step Machine is easy to set up and easy to use. I don't have the space for a larger piece of equipment, so the size is perfect. My only complaint is that the tension doesn't really adjust. I have trouble using it for an extended period of time for cardio. It's great for doing intervals of cardio and resistance though.

I cannot change the stars rating. I would give it a four. It works although it can be tricky to maintain balance. The adjustment is a kinda sorta thing: iI know I adjusted it but don’t really notice a great difference. However it does exactly what we bought it to do. We can step on exercise for a few minutes several times a day and achieve our time/step goals.
