wrong hard drive
Laptop arrived with 256 GB hard drive instead of 512. Had to ship it back to JoySystems to correct the mistake.

Dell Laptop
I just couldn't be happier - it is perfect for my needs. It is fast coming up and does all the things quickly after coming up. I'm not a gamer so it never factored in my needs.

No Complaints!!
I purchased a laptop earlier this month from Staples that was refurbished by Joy Systems. The unit arrived in a box with "Microsoft Authorized" tape on the outside. The unit appeared well-protected inside a durable-looking bubble envelope. The laptop itself looked clean and smlled clean. Setup was easy. Everything works great
For a refurb computer this is nice, everything seems to work great, even the battery has a very good life on a single charge. Well worth the money.
