delivered early
New hard side suitcases were delivered early to the store for pick up and although the cardboard shipping boxes were damaged the cases were in good shape. We have not yet tested them in use so don't know if they will work as planned.

Do NOT buy
I actually used these on trips. Very flimsy. The wheels don’t roll or rotate easily. The outer shells are weak and cracked/dented easily. Staples please don’t let this product Dukap ruin your image. Absolutely inferior luggages. I am returning the other ones that I haven’t used.

Light suitcase
This is very lightweight weak suitcase. 🧳 I have not used it yet but looking at the construction materials I’m afraid that it will not withhold the airlines? I expected a much heavier material for a suitcase. Especially for the cost.
