Shuts off every few minutes
the lighting is great while it works, but after 10 minutes, it shuts off and turning it on again offers light for 1-2 minutes at a time before shutting off repeatedly.

Simple and effective.
I purchased 2, one for home office and one for work office. I did experience momentary confusion when I couldn't find the remote - It's attached to the cord to make it fool proof.

Fine when it works, but...
It's the perfect size for a laptop. The controls are easy to use and the lighting is effective for virtual meetings.
After 2 1/2 months, it failed without warning. It wasn't used everyday or even every week.

Good light, heavy for laptop
Happy overall w purchase. The clip is very strong, and closes at the edge, so is unstable in my laptop - I’m using a pad of sticky-notes as a cushion and that does the trick.
