Excellent!
We received exactly what we ordered, and it arrived in less than 36 hours! The cost was better than competitive and kept us within our budget.

These toners cost 3x than they should
If HP's strategy is to price the toners as high as the market allows, siting R&D and other factors, combined with minimal support for new printers, than I don't see how they will retain customers in the long run. With the cost of the toner so high, HP should give out printers for free.
