Horrible delivery. Driver got to my house would not come up the driveway to leave packages at front door. Instead he left them at the sidewalk in the middle of my driveway where anyone could steal them or drive over them getting into the driveway. Then driver lied and said he left packages on front porch and got my signature. LIAR! I called to complain 3 days ago...n...

Failed to deliver on time
Do not believe the next day delivery promise. I needed ink fell for this scam and had to wait two days for delivery. No weekends involved.

Hello…the cartridge is fine but delivery was worst I’ve ever had….i believe I went in on a Wednesday before Easter to purchase the cartridge….not available in easton store but was told I would be able to order and receive it Thursday next day….ok I said. Ink is ink
The high yield is in the same size container as normal yield. They should fill it up and sell it for the same price as the normal yield.
