This is the best one yet!
Shopped around to replace my 5 year old HP Laser. This is it. We have 4 users, 9 devices and all work flawlessly. Printer is fast and quiet. HP seems to have done this right!

Not a great design - would not recommend
We purchased this for our small office and typically love the HP brand - this one falls short on so many levels. To start with, you can only print legal size paper by the paper feed - the only option to add a paper tray to the unit, so you can easily print both sizes without going over and manually adding legal sheets, is adding an adjustable tray that sticks out a few ...

A great piece of kit
So far, I'm loving my HP LaserJet Pro 4303 fdw. I hated to have to upgrade, but after 6 years my old MFP 477 had a problem I just couldn't fix.
However, it does seem to take forever to "connect" to the printer from my desktop (it's on a hard wired home network - it should be instantaneous).

super printer
easy to set up using wi-fi so no need for cable from computers to this printer. Prints very fast whether color or black only.

Great so far!
I haven't had this printer very long, so I'm hoping that my opinion of it doesn't change. So far, I really like it. It's fast, it's precise, prints well, copies well, scans well. I thought I wanted a 2nd full tray, but the "Tray 1" on this is really convenient to drop a check or envelope in to print.

Very Disappointed with this printer
We have had this printer for less than a week and it has error codes that stop printing and it cannot print PDFs. We spoke with Tech Support for over an hour and tried all of their suggestions and none of them worked. We are very disappointed with the performance of this printer and will be returning it.

The scanner has a design fault, taking multiple pages.
The printer is great, but don't expect the scanner to work.
The scanner continually takes multiple pages at a time in the document feeder.
HP replaced the scanner unit and the fault continued immediately.
There is a design fault where the paper separator does not adequately separate standard 80gsm A4 pages unless they are pristine and perfectly flat.

I was sent a free printer for my honest review. Printer is fabulous. Comes in a big box, the printer is heavier and bigger than what I was expecting especially since it’s a free sample printer. It’s easy to install, the printer’s blue and white color combination goes well in my office room. Has a great touchscreen simple to use, you can print, fax, scan, email, etc. pri...

Excessive Ink and driver instability
This unit goes through so much ink that needs to be bought for over $300/set each time. The yield on the toner doesn't seem to be worth it at all. Multiple instances of driver re-install or alternative driver installs to get it to work properly. Small office unable to use this unit with much stability.

If there was a 0, that would be my rating. This printer started acting up 2 weeks after we bought it for our small business. We would have to turn it on and off multiple times throughout the day to get it to work properly... being able to scan, copy, print. Called HP and then we had to trouble shoot. After the trouble shooting didn't work, HP sent a technician out. The ...

It does what it was meant to do, and then some, very impressed and excited for the way it prints to the way it scans, and you can load the feed tray while scanning, and it scans page after page without having to micro manage . i am thoroughly pleased

This printer is not as good as the previous HP MFP
This printer has ineffective and defective software. It does not produce the same quality printing as its predecessor. The connectivity issues are abundant. It won't allow you to print directly unless you actually use a different printer interface from a different non HP application.

Do Not Buy
I bought this printer for my office a few months ago and I keep having to unplug it and plug it back in, just so that it will print. Whenever my internet goes out, I have issues with it connecting to the computer, even though it is on the same wireless network. Sometimes the screen freezes and I have to turn it off to unfreeze it. It will also say that there is a paper ...
