Excellent Hard Worker
This is my 3rd Fujitsu ScanSnap that I've gotten. As an attorney, I need to scan documents quickly and without failure. I have a Scansnap on each desk, and it makes things run smoothly. I love them. They are so easy to set up. They just keep working. Very highly recommended,

Nice machine delivered quickly
Looks like a good machine to replace my outdated model. Instructions provided with it are good up to a point, and then fall down completely.
After trying to install, then 2 session with their Support. plus some no-fault interruptions, I am resuming my attempts to make it work at all.

most times works well but at times jam and will have updates that only our IT can finalize that ok but the updates happen random times of the day...

Very convenient
Scanning is a breeze now. I used an all-in one printer to scan documents before purchasing the Fujitsu unit. The Fujitsu scanner is much faster and easier to save scanned documents to folders than my previous setup.

I had an older version of this scanner that I was able to use until a co-worker left. I was very hesitant to try this version, but its AMAZING! Fast, accurate, easy to setup and install. Overall great product

Great scanner. It WORKS...that's so refreshing
This scanner is fast. It does both sides at once. It autodetects color and can tell if two pages get sucked in, instead of one (not that it has ever done that so far...which is awesome!) We love this thing. I know it's expensive, but it is nice to have a product that does what it is supposed to do, without trouble, day in and day out. BUY IT!

Not sure how we lived without it!
What a great machine! We were using printer with a built in scanner and had no idea how horrible those are compared to using this dedicated scanner. It is so much faster and produces much better document quality at smaller file sizes. You just can't beat it. If you scan a lot on an all in one printer, you need one of these in your life.
