Nice picture, horrible audio, does not last!
Great looking webcam with nice video quality. First use of the microphone in Zoom had everyone on my team telling me my audio was horrible, forcing me to use a headset. I later unplugged the camera from my Macbook and used it on my PC for a non-work zoom call. After unplugging it a total of 4 times EVER, the camera is now dead and not detected by any of my 4 availabl...

Decent Video but Microphone Non-Functional
Four fourteen bucks on clearance the video from the camera is good. The microphone, as others have mentioned, is absolute garbage and mostly non-functional. My guess is Staples got a bad batch.
Special driver/control software has to be downloaded from HP at https://lens.poly.com/ which some may not like,

Picture fine; mic arrived doa
Camera was fine, but the mic did not work. I returned it for another unit. Based on the other reviews, it looks like mic problems are common for this model.

Review
Great detail camera. only thing is I cannot adjust what the camera sees (i.e. just me , not the cluttered office) like my laptop camera. Cannot get any more info from the Poly site with regards to this problem.

Great video, poor quality mic
Video quality is very good, but the built-in microphone stopped working for us almost immediately.

good and bad
A swivel on the clip wouldve been useful. odd way, to me, to clip onto things - otherwise this is quite nice.

Mic would not work
Could not get the mic to pick up audio no matter what I tried. On my old webcam I had no issues, and I purchased a new Anker webcam without issue either. This must have been a defective unit. HP accepted the return without issue.
