Nice picture horrible audio does not last!
Great looking webcam with nice video quality. First use of the microphone in Zoom had everyone on my team telling me my audio was horrible forcing me to use a headset. I later unplugged the camera from my Macbook and used it on my PC for a non-work zoom call. After unplugging it a total of 4 times EVER the camera is now dead and not detected by any of my 4 availabl...

Decent Video but Microphone Non-Functional
Four fourteen bucks on clearance the video from the camera is good. The microphone as others have mentioned is absolute garbage and mostly non-functional. My guess is Staples got a bad batch. Special driver/control software has to be downloaded from HP at https://lens.poly.com/ which some may not like In the end I'll probably keep it just for the video and continu...

Picture fine; mic arrived doa
Camera was fine but the mic did not work. I returned it for another unit. Based on the other reviews it looks like mic problems are common for this model.
