Very nice
Quality material. They use real screws not nails for the backing. No cam locks either. They have nice hardware to hold the shelves and screws to hold the shelves in place once you decide where you want the shelf. Assemble went well and everything fit together properly.

Wrong Hardware
Sent wrong size screws so the bottom legs won’t even stay on. Very disappointing.

Very nice
Quality material. They use real screws not nails for the backing. No cam locks either. They have nice hardware to hold the shelves and screws to hold the shelves in place once you decide where you want the shelf. Assemble went well and everything fit together properly.

Shelves bend from book weight
Don't buy this product if you are looking for a book shelf. Fine for light decorations. See the photo...there are only a few decorative elements on the shelves. Very disappointed in this cheap "bookcase". It's really not meant for books or anything heavy. Shelves bend from the weight. Very much enjoy it. However there is an unusual odor it is putting off. Not sure if it is from the unit itself or from the packing materials. Sure hope that wears off soon. Otherwise ok. Plus I noticed on the website it was listed for $119. I ordered mine from the store and it was $160. Just fyi.

Cute and Just What I needed
My office didn't have any shelf storage. This was perfect. My only complaint are the wall securing hardware. I live in southern California and the zip-ties would not have cut it for securing this to the wall. Otherwise it's perfect and cute for my needs

Difficult to build
The product looks great and I have built similar projects but when I got towards the end the back piece did not fit leaving a lopsided looking bookcase with a large gap. Very frustrating I don’t know if I just got a ‘bad’ one or maybe user error but I called a friend to help and he found the same problem-the back did not fit. I will continue to shop at Staples. Defective parts
Ordered two bookcases each had one part that was missing the pre-drilled holes. It will take 7-10 days for replacement parts to ship so I’ll have two partially assembled bookcases laying on the floor for 2 weeks. Not happy.

Good product for the money
Directions were good and hardware packets were all numbered with one extra item in each packet. Assembly was not difficult but time consuming. Allow up to 3 hours.

The wrong piece
