Not a Cadillac, but a Faithful Daily Driver
This isn't a wear-me-all-day jacket, but you could, if you needed to. It is an excellent throw-me-on-at-a-moment's-notice jacket. Long-term wear in the heat might sweat you out, but if you need to get something done in the rain without soaking to your drawers, this is a good, inexpensive option. Definitely Hi-Vis!
Nice and light fitting, I actually forgot I was wearing it at one point. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about rain gear before! It has a large vent, hidden across the shoulder blades.
