Ordering was easy and the pick up was easy….. The item was in stock and there was no price increase to purchase from Staples.

after fully charging the battery for approximately 8 hours, a few days later without being connected, it had discharged some. Is that normal?

Good for the money.
Just what I wanted. My doorbell battery needs recharging on a regular basis. Now I can just change them out and recharge the spent battery at my leisure without losing the use of my doorbell.

Ready to swap out
I bought two stick-up cams. When initially charging the first one, I noted that the charging time is significant. That seem to be consistent with long life as after a few weeks, the charge level is 80%. My plan is to keep this spare battery ready to swap out when one of the batteries in the cameras gets low.

Very helpful to have a second battery and swap them out when it’s low. It takes too long to charge one and have the doorbell off-line for that long.

Perfect Ring Battery
I was able to purchase exactly what I needed for my ring doorbell. Lucky for me it states on the box that it works with ring video bell that I have. I had been looking for one and was unsure whether or not it would work with mine and this one is perfect.
