Ring is a great product, no more to say about that. But what Staples has that other stores don't have is great customer service. Pierce, the associate who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful, and really interested in helping me. Thank you!

Never received the camera
I never received the camera and I’ve emailed several times and still no one’s answering my emails or giving me a call back. I expected more from staples

For my backyard
Good for the price. I have spotlight cam near front door. Both are advertised as 1080p, but the stick-up cam seems a little less sharp. Still good.
Battery takes a long time to charge using a fast charger. I'm hoping that means a long time to discharge.
I am disappointed there is no means to invert the picture so that you can mount upside down. Ring wants to sell...

Great Camera
I love this little camera. It is so easy to install, the battery last forever and you have the option to plug it into an electrical outlet ( with the purchase of a cord ) and the picture and sound quality are amazing. It even has a super clear night vision picture as well. I have NO complaints and I am actually ordering my 3rd one now. We use them in our office and RV.

The ring camera
Easy setup, clear picture, not as sensitive as other security cameras I have, which is good, less false alarm due to the wind or insect flying near the lens.
