WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
Can't keep a stable WiFi signal AT ALL. While streaming a movie/TV show, it drops probably 8-10 times in a 30 minute period.
The "support" folks are a complete JOKE!

Works well, but installation and programming are still lacking.
Works very well. Good WiFi with limited distance. LAN is fast enough, although still not as fast as Comcast claims. It's smaller and more discrete than my last Nighthawk, but I sort of miss the "spaceship" look.

It’s a Win
Cax30 works well with Xfinity internet and saves money vs renting equipment from them. I had our last Netgear modem for 6 years before an upgrade was necessary.

Excellent product and fast!

I purchased this because Netgear said my previous modem/router was out of date and wouldn't receive any more updates. It literally works the same as my older one. Good but needs adjusting

Using the Xfinity app it was a breeze to install this Netgear modem/router. So far so good. One minor glitch.
There was a small glitch the other night when I syncing the Ecobee smart thermostat. We lost internet and I had to reset the modem which was not fun to reconnect via Comcast. I had to reset it multiple times. Comcast even said they needed to send someone out to fix a problem that didn't exist. It just took a while to reconnect.

After a few days my nighthawk is working fine. Setup was easy and the wifi 6 provides a strong signal throughout the house including my garage. Very pleased so far
