Great Console
The Lennox Center Cols OH store was very helpful to pull this item from the cage for our purchase. The box was in new condition and the console is a great addtion to our gaming entertainment. Where it is very powerful we found that (1) COD game took about 400MB of the 1T storage... so there may be an external storage unit need in our horizon....

Terrible Purchasing Experience
I purchased this on a whim because I thought my children would enjoy this gaming system. I did not expect to get scammed by the store employees in the process. I was told that I had to purchase a total protection plan and multiple controllers. great but
console was fine but the controller it came with had a sticky A button that I was able to fix (only cause I've seen it before) but to have it in that condition from a Brand New* box makes me wonder if this was refurbished and sold as New. I say that cause even the Box in came out of was a little beat up.

Initially downloading games are slow
First game I downloaded took almost 7 hours to install after that the same size games downloaded in half the time maybe quicker . Great console recent price hikes from Microsoft might turn you off if you don’t mind that there is great games and it’s a powerful system.

Best console on the market
If your looking for a next generation console this is it. Switched from a playstation to Xbox and never looking back. Gamepass is the best value today. Ordered online for store pickup and everything went smooth.

Love The Xbox Series X!
It is an awesome console! Response time and frame rate is insane and the loading games etc is so fast. The people that sold it to me at staples were very helpful and caring.

Buy if you find it!
This thing is super fast and has amazing graphics. There's no "must have game" on it yet but maybe year three of it's existence will change that. If nothing else I have an amazing 4K bluray player that also plays some pretty awesome looking video games.
