Very nice headset!!! Would recommend!
I gifted it to someone and they love it. Its a great sturdy headset and good sound. If you dont wanna spend too much money on a headset but want a good sound, this is for you!

The sound comes and goes on occasions (out of one ear) also they become uncomfortable after a few hours

Buy these elsewhere
Don’t not buy these from staples. They won’t return them even if they are DOA. Buy them somewhere respectful. This business is run very poorly

Good deal for the cash
The mid tones are too high and the bass is low. I guess that is built into the price but overall good headset.

Headset is inconsistent with volume even when adjusting on the left ear there is a massive echo and sometimes doesn't plug into controller properly.
